The LSP-X is a sensitive defocusing convex crystal X-ray spectrometer with an integrated alignment unit which provides absolute spectral measurement of low intensity X-ray radiation sources, X-ray fluorescence analysis, EXAFS, etc.
Special defocusing scheme allows the customer to obtain a wide X-ray spectral range in one measurement.
